After incorporating these practices into my daily life, I was able to put all the workload and time pressures aside. I was able to triumph over what ailed me.

Try to build your focus and intent for the day. It’s achieved not by overthinking but by giving yourself time to control your feelings and thoughts that may seem to be going in a thousand dimensions.
Taking a walk, doing some yoga and workouts, preparing your favorite breakfast and lunch, and a little indulgence in your hobbies like journaling or listening to some music can set the right tone for the day.
Once you are done with all of these, take a look at your to-do list for the day. Let’s start your workday with mindfulness, with a resolve to not let it slip out of your control.
